RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization

RMA is a process used to manage returns and product exchanges. It ensures that returns are approved quickly and correctly, tracked, and processed efficiently.

Conditions for Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product. If you correctly exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories and in its original condition and packaging. You can use the return form on this page for this purpose. After the return is registered and the product is received in good condition, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose seal has been broken, items manufactured according to customer specifications, products with a clearly personal character, goods that by their nature cannot be returned, and products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which PorteQ BV has no control.
